I sent my Zune back for repair because it constantly shuts down and reboots mid-song. I just got my replacement Zune yesterday, and it does the exact same thing. Obviously this is a big problem, affecting a large percentage of the Zunes, and MS is NOT aknowledging it. When I spoke with customer service, they claimed they had never heard of the issue. That is impossible since every Zune formum has topics about this in detail. When is MS going to aknoledge this serious problem?

With a 24% increase in iPod sales. Now that's impressive! And not a brown iPod in sight! ;)

NPD #s are in, Zune's market share was 9.1 percent. Up from 8.8 in February. Not bad guys! Does that mean you'll reach a million units by July?

Cesar, did you guys do anything to help American Idol, "Idol Gives Back" tonight? Look Apple isn't doing it just for charity lets be honest. But missing a 2hr special that is reaching 10s of millions of people is a huge blunder. This would have been a great way to kick of your new ad campaign. But sofar I have seen several Mac-vs-PC commercials. There is Ryan Seacrest talking about downloading this & that from "iTunes". AmericanIdol.com has an iTunes download link for excluse content. To this day, I don't know why you haven't placed any ads during the AIdol time slot. Please relay this to your marketing department...thanks. Don't get me wrong I do wish you guys success.
