Mine is still giving issues to this day, and some site said I need to pay 103 bucks just to get it fix >:( i guess i will have to wait till zune hd to come out so i can get that one

why do some people find it odd that we might still be using the product in 2012. Having paid over 200 bucks for this thing I expect it to give me several good years.

Hey, so I followed the fix instructions but it still had the same problem but this time it said something about the firmware, but none of my computers will even recognize it. None. I even downloaded the drivers again still didn't work.

How do I fix it this time?
