&lt;p&gt;I picked up a Zune and I think it's a solid player. One thing that really stinks though is that it does not play live albums correctly. Yes, there are gaps :(&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;When I had asked you a while back about that you said it could play gapless. I guess you were wrong. Most important selling feature for me too.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I really hope the Zune guys repair this asap with a software upgrade. There is really no excuse for a new player to not play live albums correctly. It should be concidered defective until this is addressed. If you have the ear of those guys you should put a bug in it and try to expedite the repairs on this thing.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Congrats on the launch. However, please get back to work ASAP (no offense). The Zune is great, but a lot of users are complaining about some stuff, which can be easily fixed. If you want the Zune to be successful, please be as quick as you can before Zune gets a bad reputation.&lt;/p&gt;
