With all this hype of the new evolution Zune HD. Whats in it for current Zune holders? I love my 120 and my Zune social, I would love to have HD radio and thats about it after all I did suggest that. Radio was my big attraction to Zune after I demissed my Iriver mp3 players. I dont watch videos that much to upgrade to a high definition screen.I think that some bell or whistle should be added to the software a 3.5 or 4.0 or something. How about a longer favorite song list, or place to post your photos/picture like a photo album. I bet it would draw in some of those interface junkies from myspace and facebook to buy zunes. Or how about a once a month free download link with a 20 day option before it expires. How a option to upgrade the batteries. Am I getting anywhere with you guys and gals? :p

I am having the same issue as Meghann. I would also like to know how to fix this issue. I was able to delete most of my music without it deleting from my device, but as of music I recently downloaded, it's not letting me delete those from my computer (even with manual sync). I did find that the number of songs I deleted versus what I had on my device was off about 50 songs as well. Not sure if it deleted songs or what. Hope we can get some help, thanks!

I have followed all the instructions here and the zune is still removing all the music I remove from my computer. There has to be a way to fix this. Please help!

I love my zune, but my only problem with it is a lack of an "auto-fill" option, I have too much music and being able to hook it up, hit auto fill and drive on would be outstanding.

zune is alsome i like the games, cart and wireless stuff is there a way to make a list or songs on my computer then say in a nuther room WITHOUT hooking my zune up sync it?

Manual sync is a nice addition...but my #1 complaint about the zune (that has yet to be fixed) is that I cannot auto-fill the availible space with random music. I have a very large collection (200+ gigs) and I really cannot use auto sync because it always errors out due to lac of space. Ideally, i could prioritize how i use my space (ie: fill podcasts first, then photos, then use remaing space for as much music as will fit).

I pod already has this feature - its called "auto fill"....we need that....badly!

I look forward to see whats in 3.5

kool, however i like autosync much more, especially because of wifi sync, my only gripe is in auto sync i want it to autosync TO zune not FROM meaning the on device but deleted from computer option, i currently figured out that if i add all my media to a portable hdd and sync from there it wont delete when i change remove or delete from it so thats my favorite (i guess you could call it a hack but its more of an oversee etc) but i only really move my videos to my hdd since they take up the most room but i really need an option to delete media from device or not in autosync, thanks if it ever happens, on a side note great job with 3.0 guys amazing fimware

I agree with Ross, give us a button or combination of buttons in firmware update to delete songs, podcasts, videos etc directly from the device. At present there is no really workable system for marking songs for deletion later, and no reason to wait until later to do that. This would be an extremely useful feature.

Johnny, I think you can do it. Choose Manually (or let me choose) on Video content and leave smart sync on Music and Pictures.

I requested for this and I got it. Thank you Zune team.

Next request, play directly from your Zune. I want to be able to open Zune Software, click on device and hit play on any content I want without coping it to hard drive.
