I saw the commercial with the pink fairy/Alice in Wonderland theme. What in hell do your ad people think about? You need to hire apple's agency and make the ads relevant and informative and memorable. Sheesh...finally caught up with the product and services and still light years behind on the marketing. Hey...you know the Mac vs. Windows/IBM ads that are running? Do it with Zune vs. Ipod...how many people can figure this stuff out on their own without a little guidance!!

Zune really beefed up the advertising during the X Games. I think that it really made people aware of the product. Great job guys!

I think this is a great idea!!!

It mentioned that people at the X-games will be able to get all of the Zune Originals posters. Any chance for those of us farther away to be able to get some of those as well?

I've just been thinking, it seems that the zune name is out there but now people need to see how it stacks up directly against the ipods. I'm thinking a new ad campaign might be in order where you directly compare the two and really show people what makes the zune not just good but better than the ipod.

In my opinion, that's a great move to help further boost sales of this great product. Excellent choice, and it's good to see Microsoft starting to do more aggressive advertising campaigns on big media productions (like Silverlight w/ the olypmics).

Great move! ESPN is covering it. You might want to consider enter into an agreement with ESPN to provide daily video highlights on XBox MarketPlace, Media Center Internet TV and Zune MarketPlace. Just a thought.
