A week later I got my wife the pink Zune when Circuit City had it online for $199 for in-store for $249. They price matched it as well. :)

I was checking out the Zune Marketplace on Xbox Live and was disappointed that each movie has to be individually paid for. I'd definitely subscribe to a video Zune pass if one ever becomes available. Sseriously, I only have to pay $8.99/mo to get both dvds by mail AND instant HD and SD streaming on Xbox from Netflix, so why doesn't Zune try out a little competition.

I was considering a Zune Pass after Zune became available on Xbox 360. However, I was only interested in the video content and as far as I know video content is not part of Zune Pass.

I am a member of Netflix, and I only nave to pay $8.99 to get both dvds by mail and stream a wide selection of movies on my Xbox. I would definitely get a video Zune Pass for the HD content if one ever became available.

thats cool. i, for one, am impressed with the hardware. the device, though bulky, is increadibly easy to use and in the 2nd gen zune wouldn't change a thing, same for the ui. Now the part that is irrating me; the fact that the zune seems to be completly abandoned by microsoft. only to 1.4 in almost a year, not good. wifi restrictions need to be lifted to make "the social" work, add video to zm. in short the zune is the only good thing

Well on Tuesday November the 17 my zune had stopped working in 4 block n like before it did that,i had turned it on to the radio station and on accident i turned it to another radio station so i had tried to make it play but it wouldnt and so i had turned it off and it never came back on.So wen i got home i plugged it up and the zune charger that it had came with it did not work but my charger works perfectly fine so my sister had gave me a back up that had came with her zune and that one works perfectly fine to.But everytime i plug my zune in with the charger that it had came with,a lil message at the bottom of the screen comes up sayin that "One of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned and Windows does not recognize it.For assistance in solving this problem,click this message."So i had clicked on it and it showed me in bold letters"unknown Device"but my Zune was charged all the way but now its dead what should i do?

Still behind the times Microsoft, I'll stick with my Apple TV and iPod touch. At least I can get movies, TV shows and music on my HD TV and portable device in Australia! Try and catch up MS!

Bought the Zune HD platinum, very limited functionality. Does great on music but no bluetooth and crippled if no wireless networks available. Will go back to my Nokia N97 has external speakers, bluetooth, wifi and much more. The music experience isn't as rich or pretty but the sounds are just as good. Keep on trying MS in another 10 years you might get it right, this could have been an awesome product from what I have seen. Good Luck.

Hi, I am a fan of your podcast and think that it is great. I own multiple Zunes including a very nice 32GB ZuneHD and am very impressed in what you guys have put into it. I just have an idea that maybe you could add to the next update regarding the option to delete items manually on the ZuneHD. I was thinking that it would make things a lot easier if when you held down your finger on the screen over what you were going to delete, that if you kept holding it down after the "Pin to Quickplay, Add to Now Playing, Delete" screen pops up, you will be able to slide your finger over multiple items to delete at once. Once you have selected the multiple items, you release your finger and the "Pin to Quickplay, Add to Now Playing, Delete" pops up to let you delete them all at once. Thanks for all of your hard work.

Dont ohld your breath. It was suppose to come fall 08, thats what was announced at CES 08...and we havnt heard ANYTHING about it since.
