re: holiday deals in the video marketplace

Some good deals there. My only problem is my poor Zune 80 is already getting soooo full of music, podcasts, and video already. Where am I going to find room to house these shows? LOL

The 120 looks like a short term solution but c'mon, who does not want a Zune with a 1/4 to 1/2 terabyte of room for all the great music and video available? Gd forbid if I get the Zune pass next year like I think I am. My Zune will just explode!

BTW: Hoping new Battlestar Galactica comes on for $.99 a ep. I have the box sets but this would be easier than converting. all.

I love this update,Fix some minor annoyances.And the NOW PLAYING is better tahn a quicklist.you can be listing to something and add to it while listening.

For those who have Zune Pass, as I'm on the fence now that they are offering 10 permanent songs.

With these 10 credits, I notice that all albums cost the same as the value of 10 songs. Can you download an entire album with the 10 credits, even if that album has, say 14 songs?

I've always wondered this...when it says "some songs not available"...how do you know if they are available or not? I've been looking in the marketplace for some kind of clue.

Come on guys, we need some simple functionalities here :

- Quick List (i.e. savable Now Playing)

- Asian font support !!!!

- Some sort of dynamic range support like ReplayGain or SoundCheck on the Crapod

- A shutdown timer

All of these features are really simple to do, so why aren't they already on the device ?

Zune released in Canada on June 23, 2008 - still no Zune Pass - still no Marketplace - still no DJ's - still no news. I'm glad that the Marketplace is improving for the the customers that MS is concerned about. Does anyone at MS care about the Canadians that bought a Zune? So very sad... To any Canadians thinking about purchacing a Zune based on Marketplace, Zune Pass or Social... don't do it. It's not available and there is stony silence from MS regarding when or if it will ever be available in Canada.

The only thing that I was not happy with was the fact that it took soooo long to Install Zune the program. I was pretty unhappy with that. I also have a 30GB iPod Video and I enjoy that as well although after getting my Zune I will have to say that I am not using my iPod as much as I once was before. Thanks Microsoft.
