As you've probably read by now , and as TomT noted * we (Microsoft) are expecting to sell one million Zune players by the end of our fiscal year (June 30). And in the first few weeks, sales have trended according to plan. NPD should publish the November numbers in Mid-December, and publish the December numbers again in January - around CES . As Sportsunit noted , Zune has debuted in the number two spot, according to early NPD data. We're happy to see this but we know this is going to be multi-year investment.
