I'm about 10 minutes from boarding my plane and have time for a mini-update. The BBQ rocked. So you might have heard about the Summer BBQ's we're going to have in LA, Chicago, and NYC. Centering around hip hop, these BBQ's are a nod to time when this music was about community; community support and community interaction. The show will have a plethora of artists, including Common, David Banner, and more. And the event is free (you still have to buy the food). The LA registration page is live now - go sign up.
