Can I not leave you guys alone for five minutes** without a rumor starting ? As I told my stalker buddy Jason at Gizmodo yesterday : I can tell you that we have no plans to pay people to share songs sent via Zune to Zune sharing. **Ok fine, it's been 5 days since I posted last, not 5 minutes ;)

So I come into the office today and I have about 1000 emails linking to this FCC report . And many of you have asked for comment. The report is legitimate. Toshiba is our manufacturing partner for Zune. As for the report, I’m not able to confirm or comment on the specific details right now. But know that Zune details (the full feature set, the bona fide UI, etc, etc) are coming in the next few weeks.
