What is Paul's Zune tag.  The one given in the show notes does not seem to work.  I cut and pasted it so I don't think I copied it incorrectly.

Love the show! Love my Zune! Tell me, how does the software calculate plays? Does it get them from the device when connected or does it count only the ones played on the software or from Zune.net?

Hey, I really enjoy the podcast.  It's awesome that we can hear what's going on with Zune and it's even more amazing that we can directly communicate with you.  Thanks for all your work!

Hey guys. I really love the new software but i've been having a bit of trouble with the device ever since I updated the firmware. About once a week my 80GB will freeze up in the middle of a song. Usually restarting it will unfreeze it BUT whenever I try to sync after that, I get a message saying that "there is not enough room on the device." All my sync relationships get messed up and I end up having to reformat! Is there any way to fix this?

After upgrading my 120GB to firmware 3.2 my AAC files (which had always played previously) are falling prey to the "infinite time bug," as it's being described on the Zune.net forums.  When will this bug be fixed?  I am ready to purchase a ZuneHD, but am hesitant to do so if the device will not be properly supported by the Zune software and firmware.  (I understand that the bug I'm experiencing is not a ZuneHD problem, but the way the Zune Team treats loyal customers will go a long way to decide whether or not I will continue to be a customer.)  In a nutshell, once the Zune team corrects the bug in the 3.2 firmware for the older Zunes, I will gladly purchase a ZuneHD.  I hope the Zune Team gives us reason to believe in the products!  Thanks!

Guys, my 80 died today. I'm mortified. I cast aspersions at iPod owners and brag on my baby frequently. But now I called service and they said I have to basically donate my kidney to get her repaired. $180? I could buy an Xbox 360 Elite for $200. Someone help me, please.... (tried to give Zune CPR but "mouth to Zune pad" isn't working)  :(

Great show, thanks for the chances to get a Zune HD. I have a question regarding Zune Insider podcast in the near future will any of the podcast be done in video format.

Could some of the How to.. shows be placed on the site and have video added top better use the Zune player and Zune Marketplace.

30 GB Zune Black

I've downloaded and started to use the Zune software 4.0, but I found one problem......When burning cd's there is no way to remove gaps of silence in between songs. I've tried from the fastest setting to the slowest when burning a cd and nothing.....I do very much like the new software, but this is starting to become very annoying when it comes to burning cd’s. Someone, anyone have you had this problem and have an answer please HELP!!!!!!!!

The zune pass is great, but what if we could redeem our credits for more than just music? Say 4 or 5 credits gets us a TV episode or ten credits gets a movie rental ect.. It would be a great way to extend the zune pass to all media.

I waited a long time to be able to afford the Zune 120. When I finally purchased it a few months ago, I now find out that it's now end-of-life. I will not buy the HD version. IPOD apps are surely looking better and better. Who cares for HD on a tiny screen anyway? Why would I take the ZuneHD and connect it to a TV when it's all digital media non-the-less?

It would be nice if my question regarding Paul's Zune tag was answered since it was given so that we could friend him and I like the music he mentioned.
