Hello! I just want tell you that I am excited about this change because I hope everything is going to be amazing with the new product. I want to give you some advisement:  

1) The website always look like it is not updated, ones I was training to buy a Speaker and in the section "Speakers" it didn't show anything. I hope you fine the way to have a better website.  

2) I hope the new Zune HD will have not just 16Gb, 32Gb and 64Gb has the Itouch has, I know you can do better than that.  

3) I would like to see a fast way to send you ideas of what we want to see in our Zunes.

I have already pre-ordered 3 Zune HD (I, my wife, my brother). And I live in France... I will get them through a friend leaving in the US. Come on! Release the Zune WW!

I am very excited, can't wait to see what cool new stuff MS has put together for us. I hope this puts some major nails in IPod's coffin. I'm a PC and proud of it!

So is it true as I've seen around the Internet that the Zune HD isn't coming out outside of the USA? Not even in Canada? Weaaaaaaaaaaak.

@JD It would be great if the Zune HD had a vid-camera - a 720p HD video camera actually - but we won't see that until HOPEFULLY next year when hopefully we'll also see 64 and/or 128 GB Zune HDs.

I can't wait as well to see and use the all new Zune software, needless to say that I start counting the hours and not the days now to get my sexy Zune HD on Tuesday!

I am a big zune fan, but what's with this shitty amount of gig's on the new HD zunes. Seems like I would only be downgrading if I were to buy one. Non the less, but you only get the HD is if you play it through your HD tv and not the zune itself. So instead of trying to juice it for our money to buy these new line ups of zune, why not just give us what we want, more gig's on the new zune. I have an 80g and last thing I want to do is downgrade. I mind as well just go buy an Ipod touch at this point. You disappoint me Mircosoft.

Looking forward to getting my hands on the Zune HD.  I also purchased one for my wife.  It's going to be great and it does support Unicode :).  

I was noticing how nice the new now play screen looks on the Zune software. Check out the videos on neowin and you will know what I'm talking about.

@JD Why do you want a camera on the ZuneHD? It would be a pointless feature to have. I would much rather have a larger capacity than a camera.

I live in NYC, just bought my zune about 8 minutes ago and I can't use it with the 3.0 software. Why the hell isn't the 4.0 software out when the hardware was released? Dammit!

Seriously... I can't wait for the release and it's nice to know that I'm not alone.

Fail. New Firmware does not support unicode. Screw you MS, I bought the Zune 8 a few months ago to replace my 3 year old Ipod. With no Unicode support the Zune 8 not becomes a paperweight and I'm forced to buy the new Ipod nano as I'm not going to change 1000+ songs manually so it can display properly in the zune.

When is the 32gb zune hd going to be available in black?

The 4.0 software keeps crashing everytime I attempt to go to the "Device" screen.  :(  "Microsoft Zune has encountered a problem and needs to close..." every single time.  I am unable to sync any new music to the device and have lost the majority of the tracks from my device ( I don't know why some survived while others were erased ) It's so incredibly frustrating and enraging.

Do you know if the Zune HD will be available in the UK? They never released the older models. Apple must love the lack of real competition!
