I had a Zune 30, now I have a Zune 80, bought my wife and mom red Zune8's. I have preorderd my Zune HD 32 from Amazon. I love Zunes and the zune software. I also love podcasts, that is what I listen to most on my zune.

I signed up for yours a couple days ago. I got far enough into the show to hear the great news about the "New" section. Something I've been thinking about everytime I have to click on each podcast show to see what might have come in new.

But I can't take it anymore. I have never heard a podcast like this before. Do you two talk like this in real life? If not, please don't subject us to this inane morning zoo B.S. I'm sorry. I have just turned it off and will never listen again. I hope I can find another Zune related podcast that isn't hosted by two phony disc jocky wannabes. Just be yourselves and have a normal converstation. Have you actually ever listened to another podcast before? No one, I mean no one talks like that on podcasts.

Have you ever considered changing the name to "zunecast?" It might help build a little branding.

Excellent show this week guys. Can't wait to see what surprises you have in store for us with the new software. Also, thanks for the link to those Zune HD wallpapers. They're really very nice looking.

I love how one of the tags for this show is Awesomeness. After listening to this podcast I have started to incorporate it in to my vocabulary. Because, it's just plain Awesomeness.

The one major question I have: Given that MS is discontinuing all non-HD Zunes once the Zune HD comes out, will the older Zunes still be getting update love, from 4.0 and beyond?

I actually have the same question as Nick Bauer. Any idea on a firmware update for the old Zunes.

I sincerely hope so, since I saw a Zune 120 on sale for cheap and bought it on impulse about a week before the HD was official.

So could the podcast discuss the fate of Zune's in the Non-US markets. I live in Canada and i'm accustomed to the Zune lite experience (i.e the Zune without marketplace and zune passes, you know the good stuff) but there have been rumors of Canada getting at least marketplace. Also while the Zune HD isn't anounced for any other markets other then the US, I heard they are discontinuing the old Zune's which would ruin my waranty from best buy. What's the deal

i have a couple questions about the Zune HD. i'm sorry if you answered these already on an earlier podcast.

1)will the ZuneHD have an acessory slot like on the current flash based zunes? i really like attaching danglies to my Zune it adds more personality to it!

2) Will the current zune work with the current acessories like the Car PackV2? i love this acessory and it would be cool to turn the ZuneHD into a HHD Radio tuner for my car!

can't download 3.1 update. download bar says 100% that it's downloading the update but nothing happens after that. is there an answer for this?

Terry, you do realize those are the prices of the last gen iPod touch, right? The new 32GB iPod Touch is $299 and the 8GB one is $199.

new prices? what a laff Apple just showed the watching world that they are in full defensive/reactionary mode. They know thier processor cant cut the mustard against the tegra and so they slap in something to drain the battery even faster. wow.   Zune is todays big winner. Better pricing better software better hardware. keep whistling in the dark ipod fanboys. In 6 months the 75% marketshare will just be a sad memmory.

Actually your price points for the ipod touch are wrong. Its 199 for the 8gb. 299 for the 32gb.

the zune hd still has the cheaper 32gb and offers a 16gb instead of an 8. My pre order is definitely still on.

Terry don't listen to those wrong prices! 32GB is $300 and 6GB is $200!! Also, since I'm from the future, I;ve gotten to listen to the Apple announcements.... I'm sorry to have to say this, but it all sucks.... might want to look back into getting your pre-order back, whoops.

Does the Zune's HD radio get HD AM radio as well as HD FM. On the HD radio website they talk about AM's quality being as good as FM with the HD setup, but I wasn't sure if devices still needed an AM loop to use HD AM. So yeah, HD AM radio in the Zune HD? or just HD FM?

No UK So I can go right ahead and add that new iPod with camera or iPod Touch to my Christmas list. I was wishing to see here but I was wrong.
