I hope my email got answered, but I'm not holding my breath. But yay! New podcast!

Just wanted to say that I love the Zune and the ever changing software.  You guys are really great.  Thanks for listening to the consumers.  What's next?

Very good product

Happy Thanksgiving Rob and Cesar!  Zune rocks!

i've had my zune pass since the very first day and I have always been happy with it. Now I get to keep 10 songs each month and it's the best deal in music online. Happy Turkey day!

Zune has everything I'm looking for EXCEPT a graphic equalizer. What were you guys thinking? Even my Sansa 2 GB has a graphic equalizer, Maybe in a future firmware update?

I've had my Zune30 for over a year and a half now and i love it. I only have a question, could you please PLEASE add a unicode script in the next update so that we can see all fonts instead of just little boxes?

PLEASE PLEASE add unicode support.

Where's the Equalizer??!!! Tell them to bring it back with an On/Off option. It would beat the Ipod like a red headed stepchild, I kid I kid. This is keeping me away from future Zune's, Probably I'm not the only one...

Add apps store to zune with games and utilities that can be installed. It already has wifi think of the posibilities..apps like weather, graphic equalizers, rss feeds, net browser(may be)..!! tie up mobile co.s to provide hot spot access.

To kick iPod's ass you need

1 FLAC Support

2 Graphic Equalizer

The iPoo is not audiophile quality, but the Zune could be, make it happen
