I agree with Chris. Apple's definately going to be feeling some pressure with this cut. Especially since even the AV Pack is much cheaper than theirs! Take that iPod!

Chris, you should be able to go to the retailer within a 16-day period to get a refund for a price change. Definitely check that out.

Do you really think that Apple's going to be sweating it out over a $10 price drop? I'm all for Apple bashing but I'm really not sure if price is a major factor in the mobile music game. Zune has a huge way to go before enjoying the numbers that Apple have been blog.wired.com/.../ipod-loses-mark.html. Good luck to MS in getting there but I think it's going to take more than price to break the iPod appeal.

Wonderful job Zune team! This is definitely going to encourage me to get a Zune for my friend for Christmas. Just keep on the improvements and make Zune a great device for (true) music lovers.

Hmm, this isn't much of a cut. The big ones would really benefit from price cut (80gb, 120gb), but the flash models are still way overpriced. You can pick up 8gb flash key for $20 nowadays, so what's with $139 ?

Either way, I can only go up from my old 30gb model, as I am running out of room. But any upgrade is super expensive still...

i agree with super. i dont think ipod will be sweating over $10. now if zune really want to make me cheer give me a good way to play my zune in my car (i have the zune car pack)

Get an original Zune dock.  It works fantastic in the car.  You can plug in any Zune car charger and either an AUX cable or a cassette adapter.  And you can use the remote as well.

Just bought a AC Dock but can not get the remote to work.  The battery must not be any good or something.  Love my Zune

why the f**k do i have to re-purchase songs i arealdy bouthgt in WMA format before just because the content producers changed them to MP3 format in Zune marketplace.? That is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous! ARE YOU KIDDING ME???
