Welcome back! Did you guys fix the audible issue(zune loses place in book)? and Play count?

Playcounts are still completely messed up for me.

Why were you down to start with? I'm a little alarmed that you had to shut down for such a long time without telling anyone why it occured, or if it will occur again, etc.

Did you fix the spontaneous hang issue get fixed?

Looks like the badges are still wonky.  I have 6 but card shows 4.

Alan, In the podcast (zunecast?) They said due to the increased ammount of listening and raiting data they are collecting they were having some database stabillity issues.

As has been stated elsewhere - this downtime was for Xbox Live... not for Zune.  Since Zune and Xbox use the same backend hardware - when one goes down... so does the other... which thankfully isn't often.  FWIW - my play counts are accurate and have been updating normally.

Just was wondering if the New Releases for this week are up or are you all still working on getting them up still?  Was looking to get the new Faith Hill Christmas album, but I don't see it up on the Marketplace, so was just wondering if it will be or not?

It's been 2 weeks and neither my "Picks" or "Channels" have updated. Also, why does Marketplace miss A LOT of new releases?

Well, now I can't download anything from Marketplace.  I could before, but now I can't.  What gives?

I too have been having this "hanging" issue, first time I've ever had problems and I have an original Zune 30 that I got a month after they came out.

Is the zune 30 the only one having the freezing issues? 'cause mine still freezes when I run the software or it syncs

Did this even fix any issues with the Zune software?  I noticed a bunch of songs don't sync correctly even though they are still available in the marketplace for download.  Also stuff takes forever to load now!!!

I get freeze issues too with my Zune 30. It is usually when playing radio after browing the music store!

I'm thinking that Zune is saving you from yourself on that one.  Faith Hill really?  Is she still around?  haha :)
