The friendly folks at Kicker were kind enough to send me a ZK500 for review! So here's my take: it's a high-five. Here's why:
The dock is compatible with all Zune players and comes with plates to adjust to the Zune 30, 4/8 and 80gb models. And the design is sleek:

The remote works really well and has a similar feel to using your Zune.
The dock comes with a rubber knob to protect your Zune from shaking around too much:

. . . which comes in handy when you've got the 40-watt stereo amp, and two five inch woofers and two 20mm silk dome tweeters.
You also have a composite video out and auxillary input, incase you want to plug something else in.
