Awsome DJ setup.....Id looooooooooove to get a tour of microsoft, or even the office in mississauga here.....just to see what kinda of machines there running, or how many zunes are playing thru out the floor on peoples desks, i work at a head office of a crazy huge canadian retailer and we have nothing like that DJ set up on any floor.

This looks like someone's high school science project.

I think I found a bug in the firmware. When there are 2 discs in one album it doesn't list them 1-10 then 1-12 or something like that, but instead, 1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4 etc.

Nice. Interesting article, in a nerdy sorta way.

On a side note, what's the shipping time like from Zune Originals are the moment? Days, weeks?

I had mine shipped to my brother in law in NC. orderd LAUNCH day for the 80GB original. They gave me a day that was 2 weeks away. then it showed up a week early. So in my experiance days.

Does the Zune 4/8 have a built in FM tuner? Anyone else see where it said that?

Hi Cesar,

Here's just an user request for future updates..

It could be cool to be able to sort music/videos in a recently added list.  Here's a user story you can use for your software requirements ;)

I select music, I hit right a couple times to the "recently added" category,(or "recent") and I see a list of music that just recently got synced.  I then can scroll through that list to find a song I recently added to my collection.  Much like how the zune PC software works, its "home screen" shows a list of recently added albums to your collection.

Some times its nice to be able to find music that you just put on your zune, especially if its a new artist and you don't exactly remember their name.

I own both a zune 30 and 80, I like them both...I use the clunkier one when i run heh.  I even started converting some of my ipod friends to it.  One REALLY liked the idea of sharing friend's cards and having music from their playlists automatically synced to your zune.  However she recently got an ipod as a gift, but perhaps her next purchase will be a zune 3? Keep up the good work! :)

wow. gotta love the openness of MS & the Zune insides.. You'd never see something like this from Apple! Then again.. Apple does not have one single solitary blog, but thats a whole other story.
