Check out Zune Marketplace this week for a cool track from NYC's The Raveonettes.

The track is called "Dead Sound" and you'll like it. And for those of you with the Zune software already installed, here's a deep link.

Wow, I love their sound and would not have ever heard of them but for Zune.  :)  (Yeah I know it sounds patronizing, but it's true.

I can't get the zune marketplace to work on 3 different computers, and the help for it isn't helpful at all. I'm wasting the money I payed for a 3 month subscription away because what I payed for isn't working.

I'm glad for the freebie, but folks, if you want a great Raveonettes track to sample, download "Attack of the Ghost Riders" from their 2002 debut album. You won't be sorry.

And while you're at it, don't forget that they're essentially a (very, very good) rehash of Jesus and Mary Chain. Get to it, time to fill your headphones with glorious fuzz rock.
