*Hey, the internet, I actually have a quick question - in the expression "awesome mashups that are awesome," should I use *that* or *which* - awesome mashups which are awesome? Let me know in the comments!

Ok, enjoy the free music and have a great weekend everybody!

re That vs Which debate: it depends on how you're using it. It appears that you're describing mashups. Which mashups? The ones that are awesome (as a restrictive clause).  Thus, "that" is correct. If you were describing mashups in relation to something else (a relative comparison). In Commonwealth English, pronouns for groups (of people, etc.) are treated as a sum of parts, whereas in America, we treat a group as a single entity. Commonwealth: "The team have..."; US: "The team has..."

But hey, languages has never been my strong suit. (See what I did there?)

So two weeks, Cesar, what you got planned for number Fifty?  Lets talk about that up coming milestone...

this is a test

I don't know what is a Mashup, but I think Wich hears a lot better :)

De Mexico Pa'l Mundo!

PS. The 3Hive Link redirects to zGeneration

I concur that "that" is the correct word in that usage.

To paraphrase Churchill, to use "which" in that sentence would be language "up with which I will not put".

I would use aweseom mashups that r teh awesome.
