Quick question:  if I purchase a device through Zune Originals with the customization, and a few months down the road I need to replace it from Microsoft (e.g. a failed hard drive), will my replacement Zune 80 come with the same customization that I originally ordered?  Thanks.

I'm with you Espiox, this thing is hitting eBay if they release a Brown zune.... but they won't... so black will do.... still stoked to finally have an mp3 player.

Julio, as long as it is under warranty and it is being replaced due to the warranty, it probably should be, it probably says it somewhere on the zune.net or zuneoriginals.net. just do some digging around.

Fantastic! European users or any users outside of US can't access the Zune Originals, sometimes I really don't know what to think about Microsoft. Just bring Zune 80+Originals to Europe.

Great, the day before mine is supposed to arrive finally they start offering the 80 with the customization.  I'll have to find an aftermarket way to get mine tattooed.

Hey Cesar! Why can't people from outside the United States access the website? I mean I really want a custom Zune but i cant even acces the page that has information on purchasing them. This really alienates people from outside the country who are also a part of your customer base. Last year when the Zune was originally launched I had to fly to the US to go and get me one because it won't ship to outside the US. This is a bit unfair to the people who want to be a pert of the experience but can't because of these restrictions. Do I once again have to fly to the Sates to go and see the designs up for sale? Please allow access to the site because I am pretty sure that there are a hell of a lot of people outside the US who wish that they could have that product in their stockings in time for Christmas.

Please, oh please, make it in brown. Or maybe Lime Green to match my Panasonic RP-HTX7 headphones.

Hey, I've been so torn about getting the new 80G to replace my zen xtra. My biggest concern is I have hundreds (literally) of self-made various artists cds in my computer that I want to sync. I fell in love with WMP 11's ability not only to add album art, but to separate tracks on a CD and create separate tags for them (i.e. say I burned a 20 song CD from ITunes, then ripped onto WMP 11, I can make each song it's own "album" with art, tag, etc.) first off will Zune Player recognize this? and even if not will it erase what i have in WMP11?

I'm too terrified to even get the zune now until i get this answered. I mean, I'm a music collector and have about 200G minimum of music. Help! Please! anybody!

I am also wanting to know if bigger sizes (160Gb) will be seen soon.  I already have the 30Gb and don't want to buy an 80Gb just to have a bigger size released soon.  I'm going to buy a Zune either way but some general ideas would be nice.  Even just general dates (like a quarter or next year) would be great.

I got my Zune 80 from the Originals site today. I was impressed by it arriving 3 days after I ordered it.

I love the device, the touchpad, and the design on the back. Great packaging as well. I'm totally impressed; while I loved the 30, the 80's shown me how much better the same layout can look.

All I would say you guys should do is include a case like with the original Zunes, while it wasn't much, it was better than nothing.

I ordered mine on the 29th and got it on the 3rd.  Now that is service!  And it looks awesome.  I think Apple could learn something from the Zune Originals!  (Oh, wait, did I just say that? - Apple learning something?  Talk about an oxymoron)

As a US service member stationed overseas, I am very disappointed that my location is prohibitive of even viewing the zune originals on-line!! What a disservice.
