Four Videos Highlighting Zune

The Zune team and I produced a series of videos meant to highlight the four areas of Zune this year: Device, Social, Software and  Marketplace. These were originally meant for journalists and folks in the media,  but I thought you’d be interesting in seeing them.

In each of the videos, we asked different folks within the Zune organization to talk freely about their experience on the Zune team, what they tried to accomplish, and the rationale behind some key product features. We have a few hundred folks on the Zune team, and this video is just as much about the people behind Zune as it is about the product. Have a look at the videos (they're on zune.net/press) and let me know what you think!

Here's one of the four videos - about Zune Marketplace

sorry for the couble post, but the Social vid seems to be messed up =/

Marijn

I'm so sorry but I keep asking.. When will it be available in Europe/The Netherlands?

Eddie

Hm, you guys should make commercials like this. Short interviews of people's experiences with their Zune. You know what I mean?

sportsunit

none of the videos work.

Kitron

Shouldn't videos like these be available on the www.zune.net?

Eddie

@ Kitron

Dude, they are. Didnt you read? zune.net/press

Lee

CNet did their battery tests for the Zune 80.  The results can be found at http://crave.cnet.com/8301-1_105-9823477-1.html?tag=cnetfd.mt

Albert

Yep, both the Social and Software videos were encoded with some minor errors, thus resulting in playback glitches. The other two are fine.

John

There on zune.net, Kitron. In the article it says "Have a look at the videos (they're on zune.net/press) and let me know what you think!"

Kitron

No no, they are on zune.net/press, who clicks on that?

They should be on the front page.

Ceasar you have answered most of my questions in the past and for that I am very thankful!  I have another.   Can you please comment on the battery charge issue that seems to be happening with the new firmware.  After a few days of the new firmware I noticed my low battery screen coming on, this NEVER used to happen before this firmware.  I am very pleased with the firmware and new software other than this problem.  I am certain you guys are looking into this issue, but it is always better for you guys to bring this issue to the forefront rather than the constant belly aching to begin.  Thanks in advance!
