With everything going on in the Zune world (good and bad), thanks for keeping the music coming!

Cesar. Maybe you can shed some light on this. I had a 1 month pass with a credit card. i stopped paying and i stopped getting 1 month pass. my account was NOT canceled. it was "suspended" so i was still being charged for the months of zune pass i was not receiving. I bought a 3 month card last night at fye. I Tried to redeem it. it wouldnt let me. I called support they told me it wasnt activated. i went to the store and wasted my gas telling them it wasnt activated. they checked and said it was and to call zune back. 10min later i learned I couldnt redeem it until my subscription with the one month pass was canceled. I couldnt cancel until I payed for the three months my account was suspended and i didnt get to download music. why was i screwed out of 44.79/ 3 months of a zune pass?

Found two Zune 80's at Target just now. Check your local Target you might get lucky!!!!

I wish the Zune 80's weren't behind in production.

@Zoa official word is they aren't. They're out because of popularity of the device according to ms. That being said, on launch day I went to my local best buy before it opened and waited till it opened and they didn't have any 80s, so I think in actuallity it's a bit of both. I managed to find one a little later at circuit city though so don't give up hope!

Can you guys make a post on when and how podcasts are added. I submitted on tuesday when the new software was released and I am still not listed though people I know submitted Friday and were already listed by Saturday/Sunday.

Is there any news on why the battery life has just been destroyed since the new update? I used to go 2-3 days between charges, just playing the zune in the car on the way to and from work, now it only last to work, and when I get in the car to drive home, its dead!

Wireless is turned off, I only hit the "play all", EQ is off, and backlight is on low...I used the 3 sec play/pause button standby to turn off the player when I get out of the car. Apparently this doesn't seem to be working anymore?

Zack--I have had the same problem.  Customer support basically tried to say I had caused it.  I know this can't be true.  This probably will go the way of my last couple of (attempted) posts and never see the light of day but this whole thing has been very frustrating.  

By the way, the fix for the messed up albums worked on my computer but the device is still messed up.  What do I need to do now?
