Cesar, what about Saul Williams?  You can either pay $5 for his album, or you can get it legally for free from his site at niggytardust.com.

The album is produced by NIN's Trent Reznor.

Thanks for the links. This is a pretty good bunch!

Are you allowed to post the pre-loaded content? :) Or will I have to wait until next week?

@Matt G:

I think he posted about that in last week's NMF.

And cheers for the Radiohead link, Cesar! I'm gonna be putting that on my new Zune :)

Heh thanks. Any chance for a Zune Live At the Xmas party?

Just got Vista on a new laptop, and installed Live Messenger on the thing, in anticipation of the new Zune functionality.

Maybe the math people can help me confirm this - aren't those squircles around all of the contact pictures in messenger??

Hey Cesar, is "Zune Originals" a real thing?

Brian: All reports point to there being no pre-loads. Apparently, you can't do anything with the new Zunes until you get the software and firmware. It's kind of a shame, but I guess it is what it is. Maybe for next gen, could you guys have the songs and stuff on the actual device, just without the firmware?

In ZuneBoards have a Preloaded Content.. Can anyone verify it??

another thing.. Please Cesar! say something about the "No Z80 in Stores, Only on-line" Rumor!

Can you guys PLEASE, get mac support?!?!?!?

Adam, there WILL be preloaded content. It's been listed before.

DavidMx, if you order it online at Zune.net, you can customize colors and add text and some other stuff. It's also available in stores, i saw it at Target, no zunes but the price sticker was there. Also, Preloaded content is one the Device, check out Cnettv.com for Zune and there is already a review that releases tomorrow. http://www.cnettv.com/?tag=hd_ts There ya go! It shows preloaded content on the device

Phew, Wall of Text!

Why Mac support? Do you really want people to start buying Macs?

Zune extends and supports the MS model of dominance of one platform. This is part of executive bonuses.

BTW, I use a Mac and I hope MS gives Apple some real competition.

thank Zoa.. I hope that there are still Z80 when I go to the US

Eddie: Where? Everything I'm hearing points to a non-functional unit until the device is activated via firmware. The point of the pre-loads was to allow you to listen to songs/watch video/check out pictures (demo the features of the device) before you got home.

Can you show me where this is listed though? I'm actually pretty interested.

@DavidMx

Of course there are till going to be Zune 80. That's the main device. It's like saying "I hope there are still some iPod Classics when I go the US".

No EQ!

No auto-playlist

WTF!
