Hey Cesar, I had 2 questions about the new Zune:

First of all I noticed Amazon stocked some "v2 Premium Zune Headphones" with what looks like a fabric-insulated cable (http://www.amazon.com/Zune-Premium-Headphones-v2-JDA-00001/dp/B000VWOL3O/ref=sr_1_22/104-0567900-8135134?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1193546011&sr=1-22). Are those the headphones that'll be included with the new Zunes?

And the other question was under videos on the Zune will there be organization with the new firmware? Say, once you click videos, it'll have music videos, TV shows, and movies, and then under TV shows there would be a listing for each show you have an episode of, and once you click on a show, the seasons?

I had to make long filenames like "The Office - Season 2, Booze Cruise" on my Zune to keep everything semi organized before and I'm hoping that'll change now.

Cesar, please advise. I downloaded a song from ZMP that skips! What to do?

I was wondering if there was any official comment on a couple things people are talking about:

-High resolution album art for the market place

-Possible left-handed video option

I saw some posts about this at Zunerama, wondering if there was anything you could say about it. As a southpaw, I would love to have the option of a lefty flip...

Cesar, an important question: Is it a coincidence that i just completely filled my Zune for the first time JUST before the new bigger ones come out? I think not.

The Galactic track actually hit the Starbucks free music promotion (today's its last day) on 11/3.  I was collecting them for a buddy of mine, he was playing them back for me, and I was like "Uhh... I have this song."

(Sadly, the Starbucks promotion was with Apple, and all but one of the tracks are protected AACs.)
