HEY I am curious as th why the Marketplace is down for the zune software, How long will this be, i need to get my music collection growing after all i am paying $15.00 a month well nmot urgent, just surprosed no warning. avid reader of Zunerama.com which by the way there are ab unch of us wondering what is going on.

I think its cool how the Zune team takes its users  so personally, and with so much care, it establishes events that focus on individuals (Like Bloggers) rather than the mass market itself, that is something IMHO apple is not that good at...

I agree Brian.  I'm really hoping to here some good news about being invited.  This is one of the things that I've been most excited about all year.  Other than that other event on campus that we both went to ;) :)

Is there a Chicago event planned? Our blog is pretty widely read and people love when I mention that I own a Zune (actually I'm routinely ridiculed but that doesn't stop me).

Has anyone seen the changes to marketplace that when searching for album art it takes you to a nice new interface than before...Is this a sign of the new Zune 2 to come?

I'm wondering if the new Zune 2 UI will be available for the Zune 1's via firmware update or something.  I just bought my Zune 1 in June (couldn't resist the H3 one; I'm weak), and I think the new UI is pretty sexy...  Has there been any news on that?  Maybe I'm just missing it.

The new UI will be available via a firmware that should be available in November.

The marketplace software will also be updated at that time as well.

2 things:

Any type of ZuneMasters-type-thing in the near future? (despite the somewhat flop)

When are you coming to Chicago?  Add it to your Schedule please!

Cesar I know you are coming to Minnesota soon and was wondering if you could hit me up on when and where because I would love to see the new Zunes, not to mention I am only hours away from that area.
