Ok, free music for your Zune. Readygo!
- Let's let the awesome begin: first up this week, Gorilla vs Bear has a few tracks from Great Lakes Swimmers
- Music for Robots posts a single from the Shout Out Louds
- Havoc of Mobb Deep has an MP3 over at 'different kitchen, the title of which I can't repeat here (it's a family show).
- And since last week a few folks requested some more hip hop, Nah Right has a Cassidy track, and one from Lil Wayne.
- Stereogum has two tracks that celebrate K Records' 25th birthday.
- As a Smashing Pumpkins fan from way back, imagine my delight when I saw this post with three MP3s over at Fluxblog.
- And fans of soul should be happy with this Bobby Byrd track over at Soul-sides. To learn more about the life of Bobby Byrd (RIP), check his Wikipedia entry
- 3Hive has a track from electronic pop instrumentalist Cale Parks, calling it "Shimmery and delicate and quivery."
- MOKB brings us a plethora of music: Grizzly Bear, Art Brut, The Rosebuds, and more.
- Forepac brings us a couple of cool tracks from Candie Payne, calling her album "a modern take on retro-cool, a la Amy Winehouse." Sweet.
- And rounding out this week's selection of MP3s, Aquarium Drunkard brings us a track from Animal Collective.
Ok, enjoy the free music and have a great weekend everybody!
