Oh yeah Cesar, I've got another suggestion that coul compete with Apples Starbucks thing. How does me going into a Barnes & Noble bookstore and wirelessly purchasing an audiobook from a wifi store I can access on my Zune?

This can be done with various kinds of media. For example downloading movie trailers at the movies to help me decide what movie to watch before paying to see the whole thing. Sounds pretty neat to me! Of course that would take some time to set up but its not such a bad idea. And you'd probably have more time if you had a separate company that aleady has the media for sale on a website.

Well that's all I've got for now. If I get any more ideas I'll be sure to post them here. I'm glad to hear you're reading all our comments.

Cesar, speaking of new music... now that Urge is merging with Rhapsody, I'm assuming Urge will be dropped from Windows Media Player integration. Does this mean we can expect to see Zune Marketplace embedded in WMP sometime soon? I would totally love that, that would make things so much easier, and would give me another reason to love Zune, I wouldn't have to install superfluous software on my system if ZMP was integrated into WMP. :)

Woot, just put Naruto the Movie on my Zune, Hey Cesar, can you build in a DVD decoder into the Zune Software, it would help greatly. It might cause some issues though.... Trying to put DVD's on my Zune is really anoying and time consuming.

It's a site that has all sorts of content for the zune in all different styles. They're kind of like advertisements, but much cooler i think and you can download all sorts of things from that style in zune format (like wallpapers, music, soundtrack, the movie itself...) It has got some pretty good movies (one won a prize for advertisements), so you can just go and check it out.

Zoa: Zune-Arts is a site that Microsoft uses to show off Zune-related art content (some which have been featured in traditional advertising, some not). It's been around for a while, and has a lot of cool videos, and a nifty feature that allows you to download Zune-compatible versions.

I noticed this morning that ZMP was down for updating but I'm still unable to log in.  It tells me that the page can't be found.  Any thoughts

As I understand it, the distribution of software to perform DVD decoding is illegal in the US. To purchase such software, you have to look overseas. Posession and use of such software for personal use are however permitted.

Gotta love our legal system.

Ok, didn't know that, we just put the dvd's on our mp3 players.

from this interview back in march, they seem to actually say that no new features will be in gen. 1, but when gen 2 introduced, those new features will trickle down to gen. 1.

All I know is in the past day two new Dave Matthews albums have been made available for Zune Pass, both live, both very long, making me very happy :D

More likely it's just routine maintenance.

Oooooh, the Foo Fighters Live Acoustic CD was added to the marketplace as well (the only FF album I like) which I've been dying for for soooo long.

All that's left is more of the Dave Matthews Band (mainly the studio albums) back catalog, INXS's Switch, and the rest of Muse's albums and I won't have any thing left to ask of the Zune Marketplace!

I would laugh so hard if the new firmware came out today, cause I made a joke that "the new firmware would come out on Tuesday". Maybe it will ;)

Comment on Ray's Post.....Ouch.  Boy that has to hurt.  Actually it hurts me some.  I am in a two Zune family.  

I don't understand how a lack of news from MS is good news?  At any rate, after the big news is released, I think MS owes it to it's shareholders and Zune owners to explain why the huge delay.  What the problems were and how in the future MS will correct the issues and not let it happen again.

id probably spend up to a hundred.  the only thing is alot of the wireless headphones are noise cancelling headphones and stuff. i need something low profile like a wrap around design or something that looks functional and doesnt kill me if i cant hear a fellow bmxer or skater. haha

Blue zune anyone? reading engadgets article, i dont know why they hate zune so much, jelousy, everyones a critic.

I consider the Black Zune to really be a Blue one. It's blue to me, (and i own one!)

if this blue zune news is true, why am I hearing it from engadget? Cesar I understand you wanna let  the blogs have their scoops, but if you have information, please post it on the site as soon as  possible. right now I am labeling it as a rumor because it looks like a black zune with the wrong lighting or color saturation.

Wowza, That's deffinitly not a Black zune, i tryed the Color lighting and cannot get it to turn that Blue, and also, that's a Salmon colored zune with it, Not a "Pink" one, Check the weekly Target Add to see it. =) Could this be a new Zune 2.0 leak? Me's hope so

Zoa, that's the melon coloured zunee which was released back in summer. I'm with woody on this, I  think it's the black zune tkaen with the wrong lighting and maybe they did some photoshopping to make the colour more appealing?
