It's time. Ready?
- I didn't post it earlier in the week, but the new Maximo Park single is available for free on Zune Markeplace. That's thanks to Ignition
- Next, Gorilla vs Bear has Justice remixing Daft Punk. Real Nice. Go get it. And GvB also points to the Vice Records MP3 blog, which has Bloc Party vs Madonna; Bloc Party vs Coldplay; 120 Days, and More.
- Saying "Etienne de Crécy is largely responsible for the electro inspired house sounds coming out of Paris right now," Brooklyn Vegan posts a track. Go download it. It's free.
- IRockCleveland has a "double shot of rock" from The Cages and Birds of Avalon.
- Music (for Robots) has a track from Fourth of July, a band from Lawrence, Kansas. I'd like to take this opportunity to give a shout-out to any readers in Kansas!
- Rockinsider has a track from LA band The Monolators. You should download the track, and like it.
- One of my favorites Margo and the Nuclear So & Sos have three tracks at My Old Kentucky Blog.
- Chromewaves has music from Ohbijou, Great Lake Swimmers, and The Besnard Lakes.
- Stereogum has the new Roddy Wamble (front man of Scottish band Idlewild).
- Make sure you have a deep reserve of happy before downloading this Ryan Adams track from You Ain't No Picasso.
- 3hive has three songs from one of my favorites, Page France.
- Track a Tiger, available at An Aquarium Drunkard.
- And rounding out the free music this week, Soul-Sides has a Dapele track dating back to 1978 (the year I was born!)
Ok, enjoy the free music, and have a great weekend everybody!
