club -- Unless the pink Zune is specifically sold as a "limited edition," the 100,000 units is probably just a test run. If it sells well, I imagine they'd make more, or permanently add it to the lineup.

I wouldn't say that it's "interesting" that technology design is following fashion, I'd say "It's About Damn Time!"

It's amazing how long we've had to suffer with horrible looking tech.  I'm not a big Apple fan but even I was seriously considering a MacBook to run Vista on *just* because someone actually thought about how that thing looked.  

You'd think tech designers would have gotten it a long time ago considering how many other electronic products are sold greatly based on their looks.  Take cars for example, a huge part of any car purchase is how it looks and I've known more than my share of people that have bought less powerful cars just to get the body style or color they wanted.

Anyway, nice color.

I wish I had known this was coming before I bought my Zune...I would have waited for the pink one.  :-(

That sounds like a good idea to me. Zune needs to take maximum advantage of the fact that iTunes doesn't offer a subscription music service.

I think Cesar, you guys should introduce a brand more ladies packaging for this Special Pink Zune, the nice packaging and nice pink body of the zune will definitely let the ladies swoon over! Like a pink box or smting!

i dont like baby pink. But this pink is really nice! Better then the one on the EB page. I might have to see it in person.

Pastels have been rather old-and-busted (washed-out?) for the last few years...While pink is a good start for more colors, pastels just don't get as noticed anymore.

I would like to see a neon green (UV reactive double-shot!) eventually, and other brighter colors too.  Vinyl skins just don't do the trick.

Visible color has always been closely tied with audio sound--whether you might realize it or not---due to their associations of wavelength & frequency.  Charles Lucy made some interesting observations on this, studying pi and the writings of John Harrison (known for solving Longitude)

Will Microsoft be using Aerosmith's song "Pink" for it's ads and TV commercials?

WTF! not to be a jerk but "developing new colors"???!?! How hard can it be to decide red, blue, green, orange etc... i wouldn't think its rocket science.

Zune team!!!! I want to be able to still use my same zune and not have to buy a new one for additional colors. Can't you please sell a variety of cases for it? So I can unscrew and put back together the case myself?
