Next Thursday night (11/9), you can come to LA to check out Zune and hang out with some other folks on the Zune team. We'll also have some music there: Jason Bentley and Bitter:Sweet

If you live in the area, and want to check out Zune, email me at askzune (then type the at symbol) microsoft.com.

I'll be there; let me know if you want to meet up!

I'll see you there! Looking forward to getting hands-on with a Zune..!! - Harvey Zunerama
BTW, if any ZuneInsider readers are interested in a free case from Speck, Zunerama is having twice-daily drawings for Zune cases from Speck. Those cases are awesome. Harvey http://www.zunerama.com

Great! :) I'm not sure if I'll be able to attend or not as I'm going to be quite busy for the next few weeks, but I'll see. ;) If any one else goes there and I'm not able to make it, I'd appreciate it if you guys could send us some hands on reviews. ;) Thanks! ioDi http://www.wiredzune.com
No love for the yay-area? Psh...LA
Hey Cesar - I was wondering if you guys are planning a preview event in or around Chicago? We at ZuneDoggle.com are dying to check out the Zune and haven't been able to make it out West or to NY for your other events. Regards, ZuneDoggle
do you actually answer those emails for others or is it just me you ignore? You want to tell me something or should I ask around?
Microsoft is giving Universal a cut of Zune sales, according to Reuters. I was considering buying a Zune. Not anymore. I refuse to be an accomplice to this extortion scheme. If enough hardware manufacturers agree to this, it will be impossible to buy any hardware that could play music back without paying a fee to the labels. I would think that Microsoft, with its clout as one of the world's largest companies, would stand up and do the right thing. Oops.
